• Survey the equipment to determine its condition, state of repair
and level of proactive preventative maintenance.
• Measure the level of performance as compared with industry standards.
• Perform a DOB building search for outstanding PVT, ECB or Local Law 10/81
Violations.
• Compliance with current Code. • Furnish a written report and photo PowerPoint presentation detailing all
deficiencies noted.
• Conduct a conference with building management and service provider to review
deficiencies and discuss corrective
action required.
• Negotiate a potential credit based on the amount of deficiencies. • Perform a follow-up inspection and written report to insure that all deficiencies have been properly corrected.

surveys of the
elevator system to ensure the desired and contractual level of service is being

• Conduct and file the required NYC mandatory annual inspection. Insure that the equipment is properly inspected and documented for owner's signature and timely filing.

• Perform all NYC mandated Local Law 10/81 inspections, 2-year and 5-year tests of the elevator equipment.• Tag all devices • Prepare and submit all completed paperwork to the NYC Department of Buildings for
processing.
